The Fort Sill unit has been a regular at the National Cavalry Competitions held at Historic Ft. Reno, outside OK City, for MANY years. Their OinC was a VERY senior Warrant (IIRC) and did an excellent job. His shoes are big.

Best of luck to you in your application and future, if selected!!! You're right that, for a person interested in Military Horsemanship, it's a plum assignment! :)
